Electronic solutions are a big part of our everyday lives, and the development of electronics is experiencing explosive growth. As a graduate engineer in Electronics, you will deal with project management and development of analogue and digital electronics as well as intelligent systems and products.

About the programme

During the programme, you will learn how to develop industrial and consumer electronics. This can be, for example, within green energy systems such as wind turbines and solar cells, robots, or electronics for medical equipment. You will learn about analogue and digital electronics as well as the use of modelling and simulation tools as part of the development process. You will also learn how to develop advanced software, which is essential for Danish and international companies. The development of new processes and products requires a broad approach, the technical aspects cannot stand alone. Therefore, you will learn to include all relevant aspects and think coherently when developing new products.

Career Opportunities

Generally speaking, electronic and computer engineers work with development, project engineering, counselling, sales and management. 

You could work in, for example:

• Medical equipment
• Computers and data network
• Control and surveillance systems
• Telecommunication: Fixed line and mobile phones, TV, Radio, etc.
• Video and television technology
• Electrical devices and appliances: From stoves to power plants
• Robotics
• Software development
• Control and automation of production processes

Tuition

There is a tuition fee for all full-time degree students who hold a citizenship from outside EU/EAA/Switzerland. 

Students within an exchange programme are not required to pay tuition.
