Then the specialisation in Operations and Innovation Management may be the steppingstone for your future career.An increasing number of companies operate on the global market and as a result, there is an increasing demand for graduates who can meet the challenges that come with globalisation, and who can develop and execute development strategies in an international perspective. The specialisation in Operations and Innovation Management will provide you with competences in international strategy and change processes, and you gain tools for analysis, organisation, and development in a global context.During the study programme, you work with subjects such as strategy, innovation and change processes. Moreover, you get a chance to build a network industry even before graduation as the programme is characterised by a high degree of collaboration with industrial partners.

  • Continuous Improvement (CI) project aimed at developing an improved implementation process of CI
  • Implementing a self-governing organisation
  • Configuration of project portfolios as a means for controlling and improving the performance of internal development projects
  • Configuration and management of an international supply chain
  • How to manage the fuzzy front end of product innovation
  • Organisational and systems support for knowledge sharing in a global perspective

As a graduate from the Operations and Innovation Management programme, you will be qualified to perform a number of challenging management tasks. Career opportunities are diverse, and you will not be limited to one job description. The possible job titles are numerous: International project manager, head of outsourcing or International Human Resource consultant to name but a few possibilities.

Admission  

Admission to the programme requires a bachelor’s degree in business engineering or industrial engineering – or similar engineering degrees with emphasis on operations, logistics, supply chains, and enterprise systems. 

In addition, documentation will be required to verify that your proficiency in English is at an acceptable level.

Tuition

There is a tuition fee for all full-time degree students who hold a citizenship from outside EU/EAA/Switzerland.

Students within an exchange programme are not required to pay tuition.
