At our Department of Social Education, Bornholm we educate pedagogues, social workers and teachers to conduct hands-on professional work in a wide range of pedagogical settings such as nurseries and pre-schools as well as many other welfare facilities, e.g. after-school arrangements, youth clubs, residential homes, homeless associations, mental health care and facilities for people with all kinds of special needs.There are approximately 100 Danish students attending our department at Bornholm and our learning environment is characterised as being flexible, personal and accommodating.
