By studying Medical Biotechnology, you can help find the answers to these questions.The Master's programme in Biotechnology with a specialisation in Medical Biotechnology offers you the opportunity to perform experimental work in the laboratories, and problem based group work. You get to work with people, medicine, and biotechnology, and you get the chance to immerse in subjects like medical microbiology, molecular methods in modern medicine, and manufacturing of biopharmaceutical products.The specialisation provides you with knowledge within areas such as cellular and molecular biology, protein biotechnology, bioinformatics and genetic engineering and. In order to apply you must hold one of the following undergraduate degrees:

• Bsc in Chemical Engineering
• Bsc in Environmental Engineering
• Bsc in Chemistry and Biotechnology
• Bsc in Chemistry 

In addition, documentation will be required to verify that your proficiency in English is at an acceptable level.

Tuition

There is a tuition fee for all full-time degree students who hold a citizenship from outside EU/EAA/Switzerland.

Students within an exchange programme are not required to pay tuition.
