Description

If you want to utilize your profession solving real life problems and learn how to do it in cooperation with other professions in a truly cross-national environment VIA offers you a unique opportunity at Mechanical Engineering!

Our focus is on obtaining durable solutions through knowledge. We do this by combining professional skills with cooperation competencies framing it all within a sustainability approach,testing the outcome through prototyping at all levels.

This programme will get you up to speed with current technological developments and give you the knowledge and tools to influence the technology of the future. 
During the programme, you will develop your technical skills alongside exploiting the synergy of performing in teams.  Our graduates possess an approach and methodology to solve the problems of tomorrow. 

Study start early February and late August - precise dates will be announced at least 3 months in advance.

Admissions

Before you begin the exchange programme at VIA University College, you must have completed a part of and usually this means you have completed the first two years of a bachelor's degree at your home university. Please pay attention to the prerequisites described in the course catalogue and be sure you meet the prerequisites for the courses you choose. You also need to document your English level.

Your home institution must have an inter-institutional agreement with VIA University College in order for you to be able to apply for an exchange programme at VIA.

If your home institution does not have an exchange agreement with VIA, please contact your international office to learn more about the opportunities.

Tuition

Exchange students do not pay tuition.

Campus Horsens

Description

Campus Horsens offers a vibrant student life in an international setting. Both Danish and international students create a very active study environment in which common areas and closely situated student accommodation will frame your life. 
Campus Horsens offers a number of programmes taught in English primarily within the fields of architecture, engineering, marketing, management and business. In Danish, Campus Horsens additionally offers programmes in nursing and social education.
With all of these programmes offered in both languages, it is only natural that a large number of students come from other countries than Denmark. At Campus Horsens, approximately half of the students are international, either exchange students or full degree students.
