Six Sigma has gained acceptance in industry as the de facto standard for structured and advanced problem solving. This course will enable you to participate in and run Six Sigma projects. You will learn the tools of Six Sigma which will be a mix of tools at green and black belt level. The teaching will be experimental in nature with a mix of hands-on exercises and more traditional calculations in statistical software like Excel or SAS JMP; no prior experience needed. The course emphasizes that the students learn practical skills that enable them to apply their knowledge in a practical context.
You will learn from an experienced instructor with industrial experience from training and coaching Six Sigma in Denmark and abroad.

Mandatory prerequisites: 
2.5 ECTS Statistics

Admission/Tuition:
Exchange students from a partner university pay no tuition.
